The Lawnswood Holiday Flats are ideally situated in a friendly Town centre location. Just 5 minutes walk from the rail/coach station, and just off the main town shopping area.

Scarborough offers some of the most beautiful scenery on the Yorkshire Coast. Complete with 2 sandy bays, a harbour and traditional seafront amusements.

Town Supermarkets include Tesco's (24hr) and Kwik-Save.

Local Bus stop is just 10 meters away. Opposite the flats are a Pizza house, Newsagent and Post Office. There are 9 steps up to our front door.

These are the only holiday flats left in Scarborough town centre itself. Their location is very popular with guests who recognise the convenience and cost effectiveness of picking the right location to base your holiday.

Heating by electric fire or radiators. Electricity via 50p or £1 coin meters. Free hot water throughout the building.

DIRECTIONS
Walking from the train station - cross over the road passing the Tourist Infomation Centre until you get to Woolworths, take the next left into Aberdeen Walk. We are 150 yards on the left hand side.

BY CAR
Pass by the Stephen Joseph Theatre in the Town Centre, on your left. Next are the Police station traffic lights. Turn right into Victoria Road, then 3rd right is Aberdeen Walk. We are half way along on the right.

During the last 2 weeks of July and all of August we can only offer holiday flats for full weeks as demand outstrips supply. We do however offer our Blands Cliff Lodge accommodation on a daily basis for the visitor who requires a short break during this peak period.
