AVENUE HOUSE HOLIDAY FLATS, Royal Avenue, Scarborough
Situated on a quiet tree lined avenue twixt Ramshill Road Shopping
area and Valley Road, which is a short walk straight down to
the South Bay beach, amusements and Spa Complex.
Avenue House is a late Victorian house of unusual design
which has been tastefully converted into five self contained Summer holiday flats
of varying sizes. There are terraced lawns and rose garden with summer
house at the rear for visitors' use. Enclosed yard with drying lines
at the side. Ample free parking right outside on Royal Avenue.
The flats are all furnished and decorated to a high
standard, with full size electric cookers and fridges. There are
colour televisions, video players and heaters in all flats. Hot water, microwave ovens, irons, crockery,
cutlery, duvets and bed linen are provided. Cot, high chair and baby bath are
available if required. Please bring your own cot bedding and pillow (if needed).
There is a payphone and small library of books, games and video films
in the entrance hall. Electricity is by meter. Each flat has its own
smoke detector and complies with the local Council Fire
Regulations.

Comprising of 20' lounge with ample lounge furniture, video player with small selection of films, dining suite in bay window overlooking the rear raised patio. Large fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer and automatic washing machine. Own rear door. Fully fitted en-suite with de-luxe double shower, toilet and wash basin. Bedroom 1 with bedroom furniture, double bed and small child's bed. Room for a cot. Bedroom 2 with wash basin, bedroom furniture, twin beds plus two additional 5'9" x 2'6" slide-away guest beds.

Large L-shaped studio flat with dining table in the window overlooking the front,
lounge furniture, one double bed, one single bed and bedroom furniture. Separate kitchen. En-suite with shower,
toilet and wash basin.
FLAT 4 First Floor (2 Adults
+ 2 Children)
One bedroom flat comprising of living room with lounge furniture, dining table and fitted kitchen area which overlooks the rear garden. En-suite with shower, toilet and wash basin. Spacious family bedroom with double bed, bunk beds and bedroom furniture. Room for a cot.
FLAT 5 Second Floor (Sleeps 4
Adults + 2 Children)
Two large studio apartments - one with double bed, easy
chairs, hand basin and small kitchen/dining area (ideal for grandparents) - and the other
a family room with double and bunk beds, living and dining area and
partially divided kitchen. Large bathroom with hand
basin, toilet and deluxe double shower. Ideal for a three generation family or as separate
flatlets for two couples.
